For my son’s Bar Mitzvah, we had him choose among the different Bat Mitzvah tours available in Israel. I believe that it will be a good place for him to celebrate this important ceremony because I want to strengthen his understanding and connection to our culture and faith, especially now that he is going to enter adulthood. I believe the tours we are going to take prior to his ceremony will help him be prepared and would help him appreciate the importance of the tradition. I am looking forward to this special and once in a lifetime moment we get to share as a family.
