I have a great employee that is making me laugh everyday. He is a college student and he is such a typical young adult. We are together all day because we install Precast Concrete fences together. He is a funny kid, but he and his parents have been struggling some this year. His parents are trying to get him to be responsible, but he is resisting it at every turn. He wants to get a new HDTV for his dorm room and his parents are insisting that he use his money to pay for college. I am trying to encourage him to be responsible, but part of me wants him to get his TV!
