It is important to make sure that you have a good plan when you are going into a workout.  i have to be sure that i keep that in mind myself because there are alot of times when i wll just fly blind into a workout and go by instinct.  But of course it s better to have a really good plan.  I want to get better at putting one together and I have to do this if I want the results that I want to get.  Having a workout plan is a really important part of muscle building.  I want to get on board with this.
