Getting a lawsuit advance was a lot easier than I thought it would have been. I applied for the advance and it only took a few days to get approved. I was going to court over a dog in my neighborhood that had attacked me while I was walking. The dog had always barked at me incessantly, but had never tried to harm me. Then one day, the dog jumped over the fence and attacked me. Had it not been for my neighbor, who knows what might have happened. I am suing the dog’s owner because she claims the dog never attacked me and will not pay for my hospital bills.
