When I first started using Ares musica I was using it mainly to download songs. I loved being able to look through thousands of different Latin songs and videos. As I was searching around the site, I came across the chat-rooms. Now as soon as I get on the computer I jump onto Ares chat-rooms. I have made so many great friends on there. We all love Latin music and the chat-rooms give us a place to talk about this type of music. A few of us from the Los Angeles area are even planning a get-together. I truly love the Ares chat-rooms.

I just downloaded the latest version of ares onto my computer.  My next step is figuring out how to use it.  I’m not especially familiar with file sharing software.  I have used bittorrents before but I’m not sure how that works either.  I wonder if you have to have the program actually open and running in order to upload to other users or if that happens passively.  I’ll also need to take some time to browse what is available for me to download.  I guess I have a new research project in front of me learning about this software’s capabilities.
