One thing I have always wondered about is whether the investors in penny stocks, ever benefit from their investments. I feel, expecting penny stocks to rise is similar, to expecting an ant to grow, to the size of an elephant. My personal view is that anybody who feels like investing in Penny Stocks should consider a few facts. First thing is why the price of the stock is so cheap, or why is the price so low? Perhaps, the company to which the stock belongs to is not performing well. In that case, one must explore the company’s chances in future, to become stable. Second is the background study, on balance sheets of past few years, should be considered. If everything seems to be ok, then probably the scrip is undervalued, and probably sooner or later it price will rise.
