Last year my husband and I took a trip with a couple of our friends. They purchased travel insurance but we did not because we didn’t want the added expense. When we arrived at the airport, our luggage was not there. It didn’t take us long to realize that we should have gotten insurance like our friends. They were able to receive enough money to purchase new clothing and necessities. We learned from that trip that it is not wise to travel without insurance. I wish we had listened to our friends because we spend a lot more on clothing than we would have on the insurance.
