Could you imagine how life would be if there were no name badges at all for consumers to know who they are talking too. How much would things be in disarray? Imagine you purchasing a product that was recommended by the employee due to the specs that it features. But when you get home you realize it was not what you’re asking for and obviously you were misinformed. You decide to bring it back but you have no reference of the employee who presented you the misguided information. I’m pretty sure you would tell yourself that you would never do business with a company whose employees do not wear name badges as I would.
