My neighbor’s son turned out to be a really nice kid. He’s been working at a welding shop for a little over a year and he doesn’t get into trouble like a lot of the other boys. I was talking to my neighbor because I thought maybe his son could talk to my son to give him a real sense of direction. He told me that his son had actually taken online courses to get his certification in welding and maybe he could give my son the information.  He said they offered all kinds of mechanical training classes and he wouldn’t be stuck with welding if he wasn’t interested in that. I thought that was a good idea.
