Cooking Brown Rice for Health
February 15, 2010 7:21 am 154In my home, we’ve found it’s a good idea to take more brown rice and less white rice. It’s more nourishing and therefore better for our health. Overall, we’re going to shrink the amount of prepared food we consume besides. Heading our agenda is to buy the best brown rice cooker we can acquire so that we’ll prepare the stuff right. None of us have eaten brown rice before, so we don’t actually know what sort of flavor to anticipate. Whatever it tastes like, I’m certain it will be completely unique compared to that of white rice. I envision interesting meal times ahead as we get habituated to this novel and good kitchen ingredient.
