In running there is a method that could be used that is supposed to be more efficient, free from injury is the Pose running which is taught through poses. There are a lot of claims that are being made and a number of scientific studies used to support it. Yet, a careful read of the studies that are supposed to support it do not quite emphasized what the supporters claim it says. There is evidence that it increases energy consumption, but you won’t find the study that showed that anywhere on the websites of the pose running supporters. Increased energy consumption means you can’t run as far and as fast.
