New to Exercising
February 23, 2010 11:53 am 153As a newbie to exercise, I was looking for someone who would take the time out to show me the correct ways to working out my body. The personal trainer chicago that I hired took the time to show me how to warm up my body and used different methods to keep my exercise a challenge to me. I have done boxing, jogging, running and step aerobics as part of my workout. I find myself looking forward working out each week. I have lost over 15 pounds and I wearing clothing that use to be too tight. I love my new body.
