How does it sound to you?

I know it sounds a bit far fetched right, but when you explore the concept a little more closely, you can see that you can actually lose belly fat when you’re doing nothing. Of course you have to change something about what you’re doing now to get there but that’s not the problem. The problem is getting started.

Your body is very capable of helping you to lose belly fat while you sleep through getting a faster metabolism and more efficient body – much the same as when you clean up your computer hard drive or install an upgrade.
