My son announced today that he would like for “Santa Claus” to bring him a new electric guitar for Christmas.  I laughed out loud. I do not think that dear son has any clue how much those things cost! I told him to go look on the Internet and find some used guitar websites that might sell to the public.  Then we might talk.  He grumbled about it, but I know that he’ll do it. After I told him how much new ones cost, he’ll understand even better. I do want to nurture his budding interest and hopeful talent, just not at outlandish prices.
