Our daughter Reece has been having a pretty rough time with losing weight for the last few years or so, and we have seen her really start to get depressed over it.  I am so happy for her because she is pledging that she is going to do it all differently this time, and is really doing her homework before jumping into a brand new diet.  She told us that she has been looking at nutrisystem vs medifast, and she thinks that the latter one might be the best for her.  She said the reason for this is that she likes the ease of use.
